Portable Breathing Air Purifier Grade D – XPAR1000 is designed for applications where a reliable breathable air source provided by an oil-free or non-oil-free air compressor is required. It is a filter assembly with continuous air quality monitoring that ensures Grade D breathable air.
Filters
The Portable Breathing Air Purifier Grade D has a set of high-performance filters in accordance with ISO12500 responsible for removing water, oil, liquid mixtures, particulates, aerosols, oil, and odor nevus. It has an air pressure regulator, with a manometer to comfortably adjust the airflow to the masks. The manifold has a relief valve that ensures safety if overpressure. By default, the XPAR1000 filter set already comes with a CO catalyst filter, responsible for decreasing or even eliminating low concentrations of carbon monoxide from the sent airline.

The Portable Breathing Air Purifier Grade D – XPAR1000 features a dedicated multi-gas detector for breathable air and a set of alarms and information features that ensures quality reports recorded periodically according to the standards of the selected standard. It has 5 pre-configured standards:

- Through an SD Card the XPAR1000 is capable of storing up to 100,000 events, such as concentrations of gases at time intervals pre-established by the user, standards met, occupational limits established;
