Cascade Cilinders – Cylinder Baskets Breathable Air.

  • It allows transportation via crane and lateral fixation to connect another cascade, forming multiples of 4 cylinders;
  • The cylinders are joined using stainless steel tubes, flexible coil, and washer union. It can be supplied with different types of panels, depending on the user’s needs;
  • These panels are manufactured in 1/8 ”steel plate with electrostatic epoxy coating;
  • All instruments such as low pressure and high-pressure manometers are made of stainless steel and the highest quality materials for special gases;
  • 200 or 300 bar inlet and 5 to 7 bar outlet with adjustable air exhaust audible alarm valve;
  • Low-pressure safety valve, set at + – 10 bar;
  • Distributor block with up to 4 air outlets with relief valve, for connecting hoses through quick couplings;
  • Central ball valve for high pressure; valves with connections for high-pressure compressor and for refilling small cylinders, needle-type valve for connecting or interrupting the air connection of a 4-cylinder basket with another 4-cylinder basket;
  • Possibility of configuring a CO monitor or gas analyzer for breathing air with an automatic solenoid valve to block the recharging of the cylinders in case of contamination;
  • Ideal for classified areas and places with high concentrations of contaminating material in the environment;
  • Ideal for places with little space;
  • Ideal for confined spaces work and anothers IDLH atmospheres.
