Compressed Airline Monitors XAR8000
Compressed Airline Monitors XAR8000. Multi-Gas Breathable Air Detector – XAR8000. The compressed Airline Monitors XAR8000 was developed exclusively for monitoring the airline (adduction air systems). It can be used in any type of breathing air system that uses industrial compressed air or a mobile industrial compressor for occupational purposes.
Compressed Airline Monitors XAR8000 for up to 8 sensors
In this CPU there are 6 sockets for combustible/flammable, toxic (CO, H2S, NH3, Cl2), oxygen (O2), CO2, and organic vapor sensor by photoionization (PID) sensors. By default, the detector already has a dew point (° C), temperature (° C), and relative humidity (% U.R) meter.
100% electronic calibration that avoids accidental recalibration of the multi-gas detector
The calibration of the sensors is carried out using a password and the entire procedure is via software – without screws or manual adjustments and the customer can perform the procedure of replacing the sensors and calibrating the detector (provided that it is enabled for this activity). The measurement (bump test) can be performed by the customer at any time through a connector duly created for this.
The versatility of the multi-gas detector in setting Breathing Air Standards and Standards
The compressed Airline Monitors XAR8000 comes from the factory pre-configured with the technical parameters of the main breathing air standards used in Brazil such as ABNT NBR 12543 (Brazil), 1999, OSHA 1910: 134, CGA G7.1, Pharmacopoeia, and BS EN 12021.
Breathable Air Quality Reports in Real-Time – Sd Card Data logging
The system has a data logging of air quality that can issue reports minute by minute or at editable intervals. The system also already comes from the factory to communicate with the mini printer via the rs232 communication port of the detector. The system can be configured with an indicator of the validity of breathable air purifier filters and CO catalyst. It indicates when the last exchange was and when the next exchange will be.
It is part of other solutions such as SMART and XPAR1000 for example.
