XPAR1000 Portable Breathable Air Purifier
XPAR1000 Portable Breathable Air Purifier is a filter station / panel for applications using air sent to environments with contamination by air dispersoids, gases or vapors above occupational limits or above the protection factor assigned to a particular purifier.
Unique in Brazil, the Purifier has a gas analyzer (XAR8000 – 100% national, manufactured and developed by Breathe) that performs the assessment of air quality in real time, with direct reading and 100% in accordance with NBR 12543, the XPAR1000 is ideal for use with a factory / industrial compressed air network.
The Purifier is capable of storing the parameters with CO, O2, CO2, organic vapors, H2S, NH3, Cl2, SO2, NOx and others of the occupational workday in SD Card. It has configurable alarms to trigger alarms, alerts and warnings in case of failure, gases or expired filters.
It can be equipped with a CO catalyst, printer and control for compressors, lines and instruments for measuring and controlling breathing air systems.
The Purifier is capable of monitoring the quality of the breathable air from cylinder refill compressors (autonomous assemblies), medical air generation plants, painting and blasting booth air treatment stations, mobile breathing air units, among others.
It can be configured to meet NBR 12543, OSHA 1910.134 (USA), Pharmacopeia (Europe), EN 12021 (English / ISO) and CGA G7-1 (updated in 2011).
